Below are the Terms, Policies, and Conditions of Travel with Mich.


1. Booking & Payment Policy

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. This deposit secures vehicles, drivers/guides, and activity reservations.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date.

  • Payments are accepted via our secure online payment portal. Visa and MasterCard only, Discover and American Express are not accepted.

  • All rates are quoted in USD, unless otherwise stated.

  • Invoices include all applicable taxes, fees, and toll charges where relevant.


2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Travel with Mich, we understand that plans may change. However, due to advance coordination with third-party partners and reserved time slots, the following policy applies.

Client Cancellations

  • 10–14 days’ notice prior to service/Reservation Date: Full refund (excluding taxes, service charges, and transfer fees)

  • 4–9 days prior to Service/Reservation date: 50% refund (excluding taxes, service charges, and transfer fees)

  • Less than 4 Days – 48 hours prior to arrival / same-day cancellations / no-shows: 100% penalty (NO REFUND)

  • Club reservations are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be possible, subject to venue approval. No guarantee for: Thursday, Saturday or Sunday Night.

Operator Cancellations

If Travel with Mich cancels due to safety concerns, equipment issues, or partner closures, guests will be offered:

  • Rescheduling at no additional cost, or

  • A full refund if rescheduling is not possible (excluding taxes, service charges, and transfer fees)

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 15–20 business days

  • Payment processing, service Charges or gateway fees charged by third-party systems are non-refundable


3. Rescheduling Policy

We aim to remain flexible while respecting our team and partners.

  • Reschedule notice is permitted without penalty if requested 48 hours or more in advance.

  • Requests made less than 24 hours prior are treated as cancellations

  • All rescheduling is subject to availability and updated pricing. 

  • Written confirmation via email, iMessage, or WhatsApp is required


5. Conduct & Safety Policy

  • Guests must behave respectfully toward staff, guides, and other guests

  • Illegal drug use or excessive alcohol consumption during excursions may result in immediate termination of service without refund

  • Travel with Mich reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior

Pregnancy & Participation Restrictions

For safety reasons, women who are pregnant or may be pregnant are NOT permitted to participate in:

  • ATV riding

  • Zip-lining

  • Horseback riding

These restrictions are enforced by operators and are non-negotiable.

Participation in the following activities is voluntary and undertaken at the guest’s own risk:

  • Dunn’s River Falls climbing

  • Blue Hole jumping

  • River rafting

  • River tubing

Guests should assess their physical ability and comfort level before participating.


6. Nightlife & Clubbing Policy

Saturday Night Clubbing & Departure Times

For Saturday night clubbing, early departure times are required in order to:

  • Avoid or get ahead of heavy traffic

  • Avoid long entry lines

  • Secure limited parking

Guests must be ready at the scheduled pickup time. Delays may result in:

  • Extended wait times

  • Limited or no parking

  • Missed entry or reduced club time

Please note: The travel guide/driver will not be inside the club with guests.

Travel with Mich is not responsible for delays caused by guests not being ready on time.

Lounge 2727 Reservation Policy

  • A paid reservation is required to secure entry and seating at Lounge 2727

  • Walk-ins are not guaranteed, especially on weekends

  • Reservation fees are separate from transportation and are non-refundable

  • Entry is subject to venue rules, capacity, and Lounge 2727 policies


7. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By confirming a booking, submitting payment, or signing a waiver, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, Policies, and Conditions.
You also confirm that all participants under your reservation are aware of and agree to comply.

Liability Waiver & Release of Claims

I, ________________________________, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in transportation services, tours, and excursions organized by Travel with Mich (“the Company”). I understand these activities involve inherent risks.

1. Assumption of Risk

I voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, accident, or property loss.

2. Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless Travel with Mich, its owners, employees, drivers, agents, affiliates, subcontractors, and partners, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

3. Medical Fitness

I confirm that I am medically fit and will disclose any conditions prior to participation.

4. Personal Belongings

The Company is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

5. Equipment & Property Damage

I accept financial responsibility for any damage caused by negligence or misuse.

6. Photography & Media Consent

I consent to photos and videos being used for promotional purposes unless I opt out in writing.

7. Agreement to Policies

I agree to the Company’s cancellation, rescheduling, and force majeure policies.

8. Acknowledgment

I have read and understand this waiver and sign it voluntarily.
